The Buffalo Bills aren’t sure how long it will take them without star pitcher Von Miller to start the season with estimates last month that it could take up to Week 6 before he’s ready to compete. But it looks like it will be much, much sooner than that.
This week, Von Miller provided an update on his injury, revealing that his knee has fully recovered and he can now begin preparing for the upcoming season.
Miller told Buffalo News’ Ryan O’Halloran over the weekend: “I have good news from the doctor and my knee is completely healed.” “It’s all about me and the confidence I can have [in] the next three months.”
Miller is now free of physical limitations and can begin training to improve his fitness and strength in preparation for the upcoming season. Miller told O`Halloran: “Now I… I need to start again as a footballer and not just a guy recovering and strengthening my legs over the next two months. and that I will be ready by the third month. “I’ll work as hard as I can. Whether I’m ready for Week 1 or not, I feel at peace because I know I’m doing everything I can to succeed.
It’s a huge update for the Bills, and the NFL world has a lot to say about it.
It will certainly be interesting to see if Miller actually returns in Week 1.
