How you can watch Super Bowl LVIII in HDR and 4K on CBS

A 4K TV with HDR support: This is the most important requirement. Without a 4K TV with HDR, you won’t be able to see the game in its full potential. HDR stands for High Dynamic Range, and it essentially allows for a wider range of colors and brighter highlights, making the picture look much more realistic.

A CBS affiliate or streaming service that offers 4K HDR: Not all CBS affiliates will be broadcasting the game in 4K HDR. Check with your local provider to see if they’re offering the enhanced feed. If not, you can watch the game in 4K HDR through streaming services like YouTube TV, FuboTV, or Hulu + Live TV (as long as you have a compatible device).

Over-the-air: If you have a 4K antenna and a CBS affiliate that’s broadcasting the game in 4K HDR, you can simply tune in to your local channel.

Cable or satellite: Most major cable and satellite providers will be offering the 4K HDR feed of the Super Bowl. Check with your provider for more information.

Streaming: As mentioned above, you can also stream the game in 4K HDR through YouTube TV, FuboTV, or Hulu + Live TV.

Super Bowl LVIII isn’t the only show featured on these feeds. More than 10 hours of coverage will air on the CBS Television Network and Paramount+, and will be available on all feeds provided by the networks.
CBS Sports’ pregame, halftime and postgame coverage will also be available in 1080p HDR and 4K HDR. HDR provides more detail in both dark and bright scenes, and wide color gamut (WCG) displays a more vibrant color palette.

These two provide a brighter, more colorful projection. Usher will be performing at the halftime show this year, and his performance will be even more vivid in 1080p HDR and 4K HDR.
